History of Video Games

Video games have been around for public use since the 1970’s so I think its about time this video was released. It gives a nice example of how video games have evolved from simple blocks to advanced 3D almost life like graphics.

I can remember playing some of these games however I mostly started playing video games when the Nintendo Entertainment System was released back in the late 80’s with Mario Bros. Many of the earlier consoles I haven’t yet tried and unfortunately probably never will.

Fact is many of these old classic games are almost impossible to find and are usually either on eBay or in the hands of a collector that is very unlikely to let them go. Just last year I sold a big part of my collection to a collector who is just starting off, he wanted to setup a game room which in my opinion would be awesome.
